Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do.

The road belongs to the city and the public.

The only legal action you can take is to have the vehicle towed. Check your local city ordinances for the abandoned vehicle ordinance. In my city, a vehicle is considered abandoned after it has sat on the roadway for 72 hours. After the 72 hours, it is considered abandoned and can legally be towed. You may contact your local police department and ask them to tell your city ordinance on abandoned vehicles. They will be happy to assist you.

The other option you have is to confront the owners of the vehicles in a respectful manner and ask them to give you a parking place. Explain your situation and be considerate to them.

Best of luck!

Sorry, but it's a public street, so you really don't have any options there. Unless you are handicapped and can apply to have the spot in front of your house designated as handicapped parking. But being handicapped would be even more inconvenient than walking with groceries. So unless you can put in a driveway, or have a back lane or something you're pretty much stuck with whatever you can find.

Unless you are afflicted with a documented handicap or medical condition and can apply for a reserved handicap parking spot, there is nothing that can be done legally. You don't own the street.

If you own the space in front of your home, you can put barricades or cones out to block the area till you get back. If you don't own it or the rights to it, there's not much you can do.

Call your city. You may have the right to have them towed, or your city might ticket them. I would leave a note on the car informing them of those possibilities. .

SIMPLE JUST CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND IF THAT WONT WORK CALL A TOW COMPANY AND REPORT IT.
