try reading german books, or since you have the internet - go to yahoo deutschland to read the news. Basically read as much german as you can and you will soon get better.

One Romanian I met spoke perfect American English. He learned by watching American movies.
I'd suggest that you purchase a variety of German movies to improve you fluency. Moving to Germany for a year would also help!
