all the calories in that mix comes from the sugar.....there are 16 calories in one teaspoon of sugar.

10 calories in a teaspoon of sugar according to the bag I have. Tea alone has none. Skim milk has either 80 or 90 calories per wk depending on the brand. If you used just a little in your tea then that's just very few calories

Id say 50-70 calories. These little things are not to worry about putting on weight.

Fizzy drinks is more what you need to be carefull with, and takeaways rather then a cup of tea.

you could look on the package of tea to see about its calories - possibly 0 to 50 calories, and then the skimmed milk also which would depend on how much you put in - possibly 25 calories, and then one teaspoon of sugar is 16 calories - if you measure it to exact measurements.

so depending on how much sugar and milk you add, it could be about 40 calories to 100 calories, again depending on how much you add.
