Weight-loss surgery. But you're going to need to diet and exercise afterwards to keep it small. There's just no way to lose weight without diet and exercise - no matter what any commercial says, there is no "magic pill" that will melt all the fat from your body.

You can't..plain and simple. There is no magic cure and lipo still requires diet and exercise to maintain results. Even if you stop eating..that's still a diet. and of course that won't work anyway. If there was a magic, no effort, way to lose weight we'd all be thin wouldn't we?

you can always try a belt massager ...stand there with the belt around your tummy and let the machine do the work.never tried this but just an idea
