well from Lax you could take a direct Flyway bus
(to Westwood) then its a easy walk to UCLA or you can
hop their campus express bus
that way would cost you $4.00
or you could take local transit
from inside lax take the Lot C bus to the city bus center
then either board a culver city #6 for direct service to UCLA
(it will take you directly to Ackeman union)
or if you are a sightseeing mood you could take
the Santa Monica line #3 (which eventally goes to UCLA
via the city of Santa monica (make siure the bus is going
to UCLA)
as some bus end in Santa Monica

I work at LAX. Go to a Travelers Aid booth on the arrival level and they will tell you how to get there. You can take a bus for a couple of bucks.

Yeh, as mobile mark said...Westwood/UCLA is now an additional flyaway bus route...
