Darcy Honey, you could not help me anyway because they deleted the answer and the question as if it was never there. Good-day

That just happened to me. I can not get anyone to answer my questions. But I see that they keep questions that have someones name in it or a request for an address. One that lasted over a month was one calling someone in high school a whore. cute! those don't get violation notices at least here in LA travel. We may even get violation notices because we are out of the category. I can not figure out what these people are thinking.

Hey Trashy that is a hoot! At least S. F. is a public figure.

i'm new around proper right here, so forgive me if i'm doing it incorrect yet to this point I thumbs down any commentary i come for the time of offensive or gut-wrenchingly stupid, thumbs up something i come for the time of humorous, and have suggested questions or comments on some occassions yet in ordinary words then via actuality they have been outrightly racist. of direction i'm thinking loose-speech, and people might have comments on people and matters that others might desire to no longer settle for as actual with, yet inciting racial hatred purely gets my decrease back up, and that i think of of the comments I incredibly have suggested weren't justifiable in any journey. I agree that there seems to be countless people who abuse the gadget to attempt to make particular in ordinary words their comments are those shown, yet whilst the violation gadget replace into monitored better heavily this would not be so particularly achieved. i'm getting the consequence that the minute a question/commentary is cautioned, it has bumped off without "larger ability" overseeing this methodology. If the "trolls" (seem at me all 'down' with the 'lingo') have been suggested and their ability taken away maybe an infringement on loose speech would not be a controversy.

The human mind is not capable of understanding the inner workings of Yahoo! Answers. They (supposedly) have a list of "Community Standards" we are to abide by, yet they apply "Violation Notices" of those standards in what seems to be a totally arbitrary manner. Some completely objectionable things remain, while some of the most innocent things are removed. You can NEVER find out what "standard" you violated, and they will NEVER respond to you directly when you dispute the Violation Notice, other than to acknowledge that it was received.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just consider it part of the game, and that from time to time you will get a Violation Notice. We all have. I find that I most often get one when I answer a question from a pre-teen-aged girl. They tend to report you simply because they don't like your answer, not that you have violated any standard.

maybe the question was wrong so they deleted it and took away the two points you got for answering it...i cant really help since you hide your Q/As to see if you answer questions or ask questions that are against TOS
good day
hon sorry i was not more clear, let me help ya understand
your past answers and questions would show a pattern on how you write and would give me an idea if you are predisposed to breaking tos
have a good one
