I just need to know what wires does what like what color are the speakers wires and the power and ground and the aux wire and what the other wires do

The12volt.com or install-dr.com may have the schematics for it ---if no Xterra schematics, try a truck schematic...should be the same wiring colors or try Wirediagram.com for a small fee.
