I'd like to know about the views of all religions on this topic, Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Wicca, Paganism, etc. and why they have the view that they do.

Catholics condemn it as a sin. That's because they want all sexual behavior to occur within a marriage with a partner (of the opposite sex)(with no birth control) so that there will be a stronger bond between the husband and wife and the opportunity to produce lots more Catholics who will in turn think they are going to hell when they masturbate.

Hey I'm a Muslim.
Masturbation in Islam is haram (strictly forbidden) for both the men and women. It is an act of adultery. Masturbation is an illegal act!
Some of the Fuqahaa have drawn their conclusion from a narration reported
by Hasan bin Arfah that Nabi (Sallallaahu Ãlayhi Wasallam) said, 'Seven
persons are such that Allah will not look at them on the Day of Qiyaamat nor
will He purify them nor will He include them among the learned and Allah
will enter them into Jahannam. They will enter Jahannam first except for
those who repent. As those who repent Allah will accept their repentance.
1. A person who masturbates.
2. A person who performs the act of sodomy.
3. The person upon whom the act of sodomy is performed.
4. A perpetual drunkard.
5. The person who hits his parents so much that they appeal for help.
6. The person who harms his neighbours so much so that they curse him.
7. The person who commits adultery with his neighbour's wife. (Ibn Katheer
vol. 5 p. 458)
Abdullaah ibn Mas’ud said, "We were with the Prophet while we were young and had no wealth whatsoever. So Allah's Messenger said, "O young people! Whoever among you can marry, should marry, because it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (i.e. his private parts from committing illegal sexual intercourse etc.), and whoever is not able to marry, should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power."
In Islam, committing a sin is like a poison. And the only way to get this poison out is by repenting to Almighty Allah (God).
Part of the reason marriage is encouraged in Islam is because it prevents one from committing adultery.
Masturbation is clearly haram (prohibited).
I hope my answer helped.
Thank you for your time.

None that I'm aware of in Celtic Reconstructionism. Though most CRs would probably tell you it's more fun with a partner. ;)

Wiccan.
"An it harm none, do what you will."
Therefore, masterbation in and of itsself is not a problem, though yankin it to the exclusion of any other sexual activity, thereby causing problems with in your marriage is another matter entirely...

Baptists don't know what it is.
Most other religions say it's okay as long as it's performed on yourself, in other words consensual.
