It seems unlikely that there is a sufficient concentration of Jehovah's Witnesses in Djibouti to enable a dedicated "centre" such as a Kingdom Hall. Local Witnesses there likely meet in private homes.
The 1987 annual report of Jehovah's Witnesses listed 13 active Jehovah's Witnesses in Djibouti, but after that year the country's statistics seem to be listed under a neighboring branch office. The "1992 Yearbook of Jehovah's Witnesses" contained this excerpt:[quote]
Today, the small group of publishers in Djibouti continue to present Bible truths to the populace. Recently, Witnesses from foreign countries have moved to Djibouti, providing a new stimulus.[unquote]

It is a muslim country and the government persecution is very strong but 'this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations and then the end will come' Matt 24: 14.

There are only 3 countries where we do not have a strong presence. That is not one of them.
