First of all why is a 30 year old hanging around with a 14 year old CHILD I see a problem with that. Giving minors cigarettes is against the law and If I was your dad I would do the same. That is why so many of the young people are out drinking and carrying on is because of stupid adults that think they have a right to give someone Else's child something. I hope her but goes to jail she does need to learn what she did was not all right.

Nicky,
She gets charged for contributing to the delinquency of a minor ..... there are other charges that can be brought as well ..... in short .. parents may not know everything, or make decisions that you don't care for ... but in this case your father "I'm guessing .. wanted you to have a little adult girl time with Denise" , . . . but he didn't think she would so over step the bounds by introducing your to the adult world with it's vices in such a way.
I bet he thought she was help you with girl questions and be a good friend. Good friends don't do things like that .... she needs to be held accountable for her poor judgment.
Giving a kid these days is right up there with cocaine or Porn movies ..... a definite no- no.

She will be arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. It is against the law for her to buy you cigarettes, drugs and alcohol. She could face jail time and a huge fine. What is a 30 year old doing that to a 14 year old for? Something is not right. What could you possibly have in common with a 30 year old? Your dad should call the cops.

What she did is illegal, and if he reports her she'll face legal consequences. In most states it's a felony to provide controlled substances to a minor, so she'll lose her license so she won't be able to drive, she'll have a felony conviction on her record (which will make it hard for her to find or keep a job) she'll have to do time in prison (not jail, that's for misdemeanors) or probation, and she'll probably have to pay thousands of dollars in fines, which will be hard since she can lose her job for felony convictions. If you care about your friend, you better not let her do this for you anymore.

She will be charged with contributing to a minor. Please if you would, tell me why you are hanging out with someone twice your age? It doesn't sound like a healthy relationship,But don't be mad at your dad, I'm sure he is just concerned for your welfare.

She'll be arrested, and deservedly so. She's a grown woman who knows the consequences of her actions. Better stick with Dad, honey, this woman is NO friend of yours! Apologize to Dad and tell him you will choose better friends in the future...and do so!

Good, she should get in trouble. She was beyond wrong to do that. He's not being mean. He's upset because he loves you and wants you to be healthy.
