Season with salt and pepper, lightly bread in flour then pan sautee in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Serve on a plate with fresh lemon wedges that can be squeezed on top.

Grilled or broiled is best. By pan fry I think saute is a more appropriate term and method.
Saute, medium heat in butter. Do not salt untl nearly done, this draws out moisture and can make it dry. A 1" steak will only need about 5 min. a side.
