Water water water: the major component of being hungover is dehydration. Plain, room-temp water. If you have a 'flat' Coke or other cola drink laying around (= uncarbonated), drink some, slowly...but drink a LOT of water. Some drug stores sell Coke syrup in small bottles: if you can, buy some of that to add to some water.

Protein: the egg on toast should help as well...if you can get past the smell.

But next time, before you have a drink, drink a glass of water, then have your drink, then drink another glass of water. If you can remember to do that for every drink that you have, you will have no hangover the next day.

1. Have a w*nk to get your blood circulating (seriously)
2. Have a shower
3. Get some paracetamol and electrolytic solution (a pinch of sugar and salt in water) in you. Beechams Resolve is the same thing.
4. Eat something with carbs and some egg.
5. Go for a walk.
