I left the regular battery charger at home but I do have a USB port, thanks!

No!!!! BUT!!! If you have a cell phone charger that uses the standard USB plug you may be able to use it. The voltages need to be the same or greater (less won't work as it won't be able to charge up high enough) and you will have to monitor the effect so as not to over charge your camera battery. I have heard of several cases where this has been used in a pinch, but know nothing about your model camera, so it is a "worst case gamble" at best.
