Well if you LIKE scrambled eggs and you LIKE eggs, then what is the problem?
Why would you want eggless scrambled eggs?
Unless it is because of health reasons.
There is something that you can get at the grocery store ......I think they are called egg beaters. All you have to do is pour them in a pan and cook them just like real eggs.
They should be located near the eggs in your grocery store.

Tofu scramble. www.vegweb.com has several tofu scrambles, and you should find on in most vegetarian cookbooks. Or just take a container of tofu (14 oz drained), toss in some turmeric (for color) and other seasonings, some veggies, and fry up.
Ener-G Egg Replacer is a powdered binder that will not work in this case; it's used for baking and cooking.

1 small box of tofu- mashed
Half cup of liquid - milk, water or chicken stock
A pinch of salt, pepper and corn starch
(Mix all the ingredients above in a bowl)
Melt a knob of butter in the pan and stir in the ingredients till cooked.
You won't get the kick of having the scent of scramble eggs but it's still a great substitude.
Happy trying!
