Yes. There is a Holga 35mm adapter. It is available new from the International Lomographic Society shop (see link below for local distribution arrangements).

You will probably need to find a specialist developer to get the full effect of having the image cover the whole width of the 35mm film. Whoever is doing your 120 roll film should be able to do the 35mm full width.

not unless you seriously modify the camera. 120 film is pretty much the size you are stuck with. Well take it back, I suppose if you went into the darkroom and managed to wrap 35mm film on a 120 roll it would work, but thats an awful lot of trouble to simply use 35mm film. With regards to a 35mm back, this is a plastic Holga camera, not a Hasselblad or a Linhof, not much in the ways of accesories for a plastic lens 120 camera. I suggest if you want to use 35mm but you still want the look of the holga, buy a Lomo.

Some larger format film cameras with removable backs had 35mm converter packs made for them, but I am not familiar with your camera to know if such an adapter is available or not.
