Don't try to lose too much weight at once. You should exercise 30-45 mins per day, and eat healthy. Limit your snacks and junk food. Drink a glass of warm milk [or if you're lactose intolerant, soybean milk] before bed. I promise you'll see results within 2-3 weeks.
