My daughter loves banana sandwiches. Mash a banana with a little bit of mayonnaise and sugar to taste. She likes it all over the bread and eats it with a fork. I'm not sure if this is the sandwich Elvis was so fond of.

ok, here's a yummy one that fills u up
stir fry some veggies such as chopped up green pepper and some onions on low heat in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil
add salt and pepper
then in another deep pan boil some water and crack an egg in there (poached eggs) and dont forget to put salt and oil with the water so that the egg will hold together.
now put the veggies on the toast, add cheese (monterey or swiss), add the egg and voila... yummy poached egg sandwich
this is easy, filling and quite healthy.. if ur watching ur weight then either add low fat cheese (any white cheese) or dont put cheese at all

This sounds crazy, but do it. Have a sandwich with peanut butter and doritos. Yup. But trust me.
