I alaywa get it and i harderly do anything to make this happen why do i always get it. It hurts so bad when i try 2 sit down and get up :(

you have to loosen up your muscles so that they don't get pulled so easily. Yoga is an excellent easy exercise that helps loosen and strengthen the muscles.

Take a hot bath every evening with 2c. of epsom salts in the water to help remove the lactic acid that forms on the muscles. This will also help the muscles to loosen up and relieve the pain.

Because your muscle are stiff. Try to stretch in the morning, or when you sit too long
