Vegetables are not fattening unless cooking in oil, or if you add something to them. The small amount of fat vegetables have in them is healthy for you.
Frozen vegetables are not more fattening because they are frozen, they are frozen to keep the nutrients in them for longer.

The parsnil, like the potato are not fatting by themselves. It's what we add to them that enchances their taste and caloric intake.
A raw average parship = 100 calories
A raw med potato = 200 calories
