We'll be having our school Sports Fest soon and I really need to be able to run faster... Any tips on how to run faster? I also need to build endurance... so if you have anything for that too, I'll take it! Thanks!

For speed, Radial arm motion is key. Use your arms. Put your elbow at a 90 degree angle and as you run, make sure your fist comes up to eye level when forward, and as your arm goes back, let your fist level with your hip. This will increase your speed decently if performed correctly. Also, try to stay low when beginning to run. Then you can gradually begin to raise up as you build momentum.

You don't just get faster Yoshi. Running is a sport you have to train up to. Anything you do in the short term to "get faster" will only put you at great risk of injury.

First of all take wider strides when u run, also practice running long distances so u dont get tired after running so long, like doing a mile now and then. Time your self to see how much faster u are getting.

Well, I do Cross Country...What I would do it start jogging everyday for about 10 minutes. Then you will get more speed...Then you go 15 min 20 min and so on! But you want to start easy...and also strech before you go out!! I would probably to 2 miles Can you jog a mile? Well you could walk the first mile and jog the 2nd mile or switch it around but start slow and then build your speed
