At your height and weight, I would think you look fine. Maybe you just need to exercise. If you do want to lose more, don't over do it, a well formed body looks much better than a skinny bony one.

a week is a very short time. but all u can do is exercise really hard all week. Try twice a day at the gym or at the pool. Swimming is a better option since it works out every part of the body. But don't diet because while u may lose weight very fast, once u start eating u gain it all back.

You weight sounds perfect... so relax! If you really want to lose 2 pounds, than you could lay off meats and dairy products. Just eat a lot of vegetables, and fruits. Try to cut down the amount of grain you eat as well.
Drink a lot of fluids! Fluids are ALWAYS important and always will be! Especially when dieting. Milk is also a wonderful drink. Strong bones! Strong minds! Good luck!

k well its a proven fact that missin breakfast doesn help..so have a healthy bowl of fruit in the mornin for breakfast..maybe try and go 2 the gym 3 times a week and work out for an hr each time..for lunch have a salad with some chicken or fish (salmon is a healthy option) then for dinner have what eva..but not havin snacks helps..different things work for different people so just try eatin different things and see which works best for you.. good luck x

Cut on carbs and fatty foods. Eat plenty of veggies and fruits. Eat only lean chicken breast or fish, no red meat. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Exercise. I lost 7 lbs in 7 days doing that.

Stop eating fatty foods for a start. Go for a half hour walk everyday. Stop eating fatty foods. Go to a gym. Stop eating fatty foods. Cut out eating those nice between meal snacks and oh yes, stop eating fatty foods
