A short time can be anytime..depending on the person. To lose weight you need to be very consecutive. I mean, you can't stop when you feel its too hard. You have to keep on going.

First of all, stop with the delicious food such as Pizza,burgers,beef,ham. All this fatty food is very bad for you.

Make a salad, go to your local store, buy some vegetables and make a salad. If you MUST then add a little btis of chicken or something for taste. That way its equal.

Drink water and not coke/fizzy drinks. Keep drinking.

Another thing is run/exercise. 50press ups in the morning, 50 at night, every day.

Doing this for a week or a bit more, will make u lose weight quite quick. In the morning eat Corn Flakes/Muesli/Coco pops. I'm from England so i dont know what you get in u.s(if you're from there).
