are people just stupid and desperate and cling onto anything, like a child and an imaginary friend? I'm really starting to lose hope for the masses, who don't really see the clear picture, everyone just clings to their own prejudices, thoughts, and bullshit.
Here are a few reasons why, taken from another post, Christianity/Jesus is hypocrisy and what not. I personally would LIKE to believe in it, but it also scares me, and is very cult-ish, and doesn't allow me to live my life the way I truly want to.
8. Hitler and his underlings came up with fiery death camps to temporarily torture and then kill those who rejected him or who were members of the wrong religion or who had the wrong sexual orientation.
9. Jesus (part of the Trinitarian God) came up with Hell to eternally torment those who rejected him or were members of the wrong religion or who had the wrong sexual orientation.
10. Jesus said that he came not to bring peace but with the sword.

I might point out that Hitler was a real person who's actions are well-documented.
The existence of Jesus as a real person is totally unprovable and many of the things you said about him are pure mythology, e.g. he shed his own blood for the sake of millions.
Also, as horrible as it is to imagine, Hitler actually believed that God was on his side and that he was doing the will of God and that his actions were good for all of humanity. At least we can infer that from his own words which are well-documented.
Which just goes to show again how dangerous it is for people to believe that God is on their side and how religious faith can be used to justify ANY atrocity.

In my opinion we are living in the end times whether it is today or in a thousand years. With instant communication around the world the great commission to preach the gospel to all is about to be accomplished and that with the rebuilding of the temple are about all that is left to fulfill the prophesies of the end times leading to the battle of Armageddon and the return of Christ. I am therefore paid up, packed up and looking up for my salvation draweth nigh.

That is the order of God. To preach the truth about God and the bible regarding His words to people who do not know God but if you don"t believe it, it is up for you. We don't care as long as we have already told you. We are only fullfilling what was written on the bible.

There have always been (rumors of) wars (and actual wars), famines, and all these other "signs of the end times". I've noticed most of the "end time nutters" are ignorant, have not traveled beyond their home county, and are avid Fox News watchers. They get bombarded with the Fox sensationalist trash daily and think it is significant.
