I feel that when i swallow there is something block on my thyroid and i easily get fatigued, feel nervous and sometimes experienced hard of breathing.

They tend to be noticeable! Get a thyroid test done.

Go get it checked by a doctor.A simple blood sample is all they need from you to check your thyroid.
