Because of the various materials these sandals are made of, dry cleaning is out of the question.
Spot cleaning with Woolite is most likely your best bet.
Lay the sandle on is side on the edge of a sink.
Fill the sink with a few inches of clean warm water and add a few tablespoons of woolite to the water and mix it up a bit. Then wet a small soft brush with the soapy water and brush the straps in the plam of your hand while trying not to get the leather or foot padding too wet. After scrubbbing the straps with the wollite solution rinse them well between your fingers. Then with a clean towell, press the straps to pull out the rinse water and leave them damp dry on their own.
Then with the same soapy water, wet a wash cloth, or clean rag and wring out so its not dripping wet, and wipe and spot clean the rest of the shoe. An old tooth brush works well around the sole. After cleaning with the woolite, rinse the cleaning rag with fresh water and wipe the top, inside, and sole to rinse. Rinse and wring the rag out good a few times so you can wipe off as much of the soapy application as possible.
If the soft swade padding is real dirty, Kwik makes a good swade dry cleaning spray-on solution that has a plastic brush built in the cap (found at most wal-mart and shoe stores) that works well in restoring the softness of the swade parts, and webbing top of the sandals.
It's easy to use but don't get any on the straps.
It's really amazing what a little elbow grease and mild soap can do to restore these.
Good luck.
