Some women are lucky enough NOT to get morning sickness and it sounds like your one of the lucky ones. So dont wish for it. Morning sickness is very common early in a pregnancy. It tends to go away later in pregnancy, and it's almost always gone by the second trimester (the fourth month). But there isn't a set time for it to start or stop because each woman is different, and each pregnancy is different.
Heres some tips INCASE you do get it to minimise the sickness and/or prevent it.
1. Eat small meals throughout the day so that you're never too full or too hungry.
2. Avoid rich, fatty foods.
3. Avoid foods with smells that bother you.
4. Eat more carbohydrates (plain baked potato, white rice, dry toast).
5. Eat saltine crackers and other bland foods when you feel nauseous.
6. Try gelatin desserts (Jell-O), flavored frozen desserts (popsicles), chicken broths, ginger ale (nondiet), sugared decaffeinated or herbal teas, and pretzels.
7. Wearing "acupressure" wrist bands, which are sometimes used by passengers on boats to prevent sea sickness, can help some women who have morning sickness. You can buy the bands at boating stores or travel agencies.
f these tips don't give you relief from morning sickness, your doctor may have other ideas.

wait wait wait...
are you 19 years OLD and 4 weeks preg,
or 19 weeks and 4 days preg?
i read it as you are 19 years old and 4 weeks preg, but i think a few others thought differently.
if you are 19 years old, and 4 weeks preg, you could still have morning sickness. mine didn't come around until about 8-9 weeks pregnant and lasted up through about week 24 and tapered off until the end of the 3rd trimester (i'm 39 weeks now). in which it came back slightly. everyone is different; some women don't get morning sickness and others have it the whole entire pregnancy.
the key i found for me is, is that i would only get sick if i didn't have anything in my stomach. so as long as i would eat right away in the morning and eat little snacks throughout the day, it really helped. unfortunately, my apetite was very small and nothing sounded good, so i just ate animal crackers all day.

You can't avoid morning sickness you just have to accept it. Some woman don't even get morning sickness and others get it in the middle of there pregnancy. With my son I was sick for just one day and then I was fine. With my daughter I was sick almost everyday for like 3-4 months and always had a cold and allergies. So every woman and every pregnancy is different. Good luck. For eating I just didn't have any caffeine and no junk food. Eat veggies and fruit. Always eat when you feel hungry. Don't eat just because you think you have to because you are pregnant. Just eat when you are hungry. Good luck

Just be happy it hasn't started. You may be lucky and never experience morning sickness. Mine started in the second month with my first child and the first month with my second.
Avoid anything too spicy. In reality it's kind of a mystery at the beginning to find out what sets you off.
With my first one all I could eat were french fries with cheese, not healthy but the only thing that would stay down! The second I ate so many artichokes I thought he might be born green.
Eat small portions and healthy (if possible), ginger ale helped settle my stomach a little.
Don;t worry if you never feel sick, some women are just very lucky with that.

You may not get morning sickness at all which is a good thing! You may still feel queasy from time to time so try ginger ale or a dry biscuit before getting out of bed in the morning.
Make sure to eat lost of fruit and vegetables, lean meat, carbs, nuts, dairy products and take some prenatal vitamins especially folate (folic acid) to protect the baby from spina bifida etc...
Drink plenty of water and gentle exercise will keep your body in shape and make labour easier.
Stay away from foods like prepared deli foods like premix salads, pate's, soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert, Prawns and shellfish, (normal fish low in mercury are good for you though). All of these carry a higher risk of bacteria that are not good for your unborn baby or you.
Most of all, relax and enjoy being pregnant, eat a balanced diet and eat everything in moderation.
best of luck

Hey hopefully you are one of those LUCKY women who wont get morning sickness!
Ginger is good tho if it does show up.
Just eat healthy and avoid processed meats such as ham and other meats pre cooked from the supermarket deli. Avoid Chicken too any thing that is likely to cause food poisoning as it can make baby sick.
All the best

i was sick to my stomach for 10 days at 6 weeks (i actually threw up once) then i have been fine since. As far as nutrition try to eat a balanced diet and make sure you take your prenatal vitamins (that is the most important thing you can do for baby)
