My perception of time is that it speeds up and slows down, depending on what I'm doing. Whether it actually does or not, hasn't really been determined. However, several theories promote time as being a variable rather than a constant.

If you are working are have some fun, time does flies.
It's just our feeling that makes us think that time speed up or slow down.
