Someone (diyphoto.org) has copied a lot of articles I have written from my website (photocritic.org) They've re-posted them on their own site without permission, and are now making money off them using Google AdSense. I've contacted them, but they're not responding.

What can I do to have the articles removed?

I had something copied without permission on myspace. I contacted their customer service and it was taken off within 24 hours.

I recently had a newsletter with a link to this lady, see if it is applicable to you: http://www.netprofitstoday.com/articles/97/1/Will-YOUR-Site-Be-Shut-Down/Page1.html
It is about shutting down sites because of copyright violation.

Other than that , yes contact Google and point out that this is done without permission and you would like it stopped immediately.

Do put a note on that this is copyright and reproductions isn't permitted

all best of luck

If you put stuff out there without some form of copyright or watermarking on them, you must expect this.

Can you contact the Webmaster of the site and have them taken down??
