I seen the busser drop a cup once, mentioned it to the manager,(she goes: "ok". then later the busser dropped another one & used it!, so I said something & the mngr. again, & she goes: "I DON"T WANNA HEAR YOUR WHINING! GO SIT DOWN & ENJOY YOUR COFFEE!!" what would you do?

The shift manager has a manager too. Contact the store manager. If the manager you spoke to was the store manager, then you need to do one of two things: if the resturant is a chain, contact the district manager or company service (generally you can find this info on the website). If the resturant is family/privately owned, get word out about the rude and unsanitary way they do things by putting a letter in your local newspaper and telling all your friends.

I watched the bus boy at a mexican restaurant spitting on the table as he washed them. I had already ordered food. I told the manager who refused to believe me and I left. I have never gone to that restaurant again.
