You don't "get" an opportunity, you earn one.

You earn one by learning to act, competing against other actors for the parts available to amateurs, building your resume, and eventually getting an agent, who will send you to auditions for professional roles.

Where are you located? The process is slightly different if you're in the USA or Britain or different parts of Europe or Africa or Bollywood or Japan or ........

Overall, the process involves taking lots of instruction in acting, dance, voice, acrobatics, and other related skills, and auditioning for any show that will admit you--amateur, unpaid productions at first. Eventually you work your way up to professional, paying jobs, and enough of those establish you as a professional and sustain your career.

It helps if you're willing to do just about anything to get started in the business. Your own artistic vision gets served only after you are earning enough to pay all your bills (look up Charlize Theron as a good example; that "2 Days in the Valley" film was embarassing but look at her career now!).

first you will need your parents' consent, you cannot act professionally with out it until you are 18, you will also need their backing for you to become an actor because it will involve a bit of money and taking you all over the place.
