Most probably his Daddy paid for him to graduate. Surely no education system would actually allow him to graduate unless money was involved.

I think the same could be said for here in the UK - or certainly it use to be. My father-in-law went to Cambridge because his father had and was a Fellow. Presumably G Bush went to an Ivy League College and got in because of daddy Bush -
My father-in-law didn't end up being President however !

Yeah Bush sounds stupid, but if you ever heard him before, he talked pretty normal. I think the drugs and alcohol messed him up.
Also people from rich and powerful families tend to get passing grades whether they do there school work or not. Those families are the ones pumping millions into those schools there kids go to.

Bush was a C grade graduate who's father probably paid for his grade. Intelligence can only be broadened but if very little exists in the first place such as in the case of Bush then what is there to be broadened? the North Koreans got it right when they branded him an imbecile!

In my opinion no. I have always been impressed how articulate ordinary Americans are. GW probably had daddy buy him whatever passes he obtained. The rich are never losers (except in the real sense).

All it tells me is that, any total Idiot can go to college(if they have the $$$$) What is truely scarry is that half of people who voted were brain dead enough to vote for that mass murderer! Even as our rights were being trampled and he handed over truck loads of your hard earned money to Halibutin. Bush was told all he had to do to get re-elected was to terrorize American mothers and he would be able to continue his crimnal rampage against the U.S. and Iraq. Good goin sheeple!
