if there is time to lean there is time to clean! no point in feeling lonely when you can tame dust bunnies! LOL!
i really don't have a lonely problem i have a full life.
sometimes lonely people try to cyber even though they are married. (boo).

a few thing's
right in my journal remembering why i need to be alone now, which is to focus on me which i never do and think about strengthening my life by working on my career. and working on my confidence and character.
or talk on the phone with a friend
or keep my mind occupied by doing thing's like answering question's on yahoo.
or during the day i will go out of the house just to be around other's. sometime's just being around other's stranger's or not help's to remind you that your not alone.
or i play with my kid's.
just do some thing to occupy my mind or then thinking about how alone i am. i think thinking about your problem's just intensify's what you already feel.

I enjoy being a loner, so loneliness isn't a problem for me. There are a few times when I do get lonely, & I call my friend to come over.

Go to a nice 5 star hotel for lunch
Beauty parlour time
A spa and massage to relax
get some work done
Do some housework
Pending work which was almost forgotten
Etc etc..

i sit down in my passage way and have a cuddle with my dog. she allways seems to understand
