Have you changed cigarette brands or are smoking more? Are you taking any new medication or are inhaling more deeply? These kinds of things can make you dizzy or nauseous.
If you're physically inactive and have a poor diet, that, combined with the smoking will make you ill. When you smoke, your heart beats faster. If you already have high blood pressure and suffer from hypertension, then smoking makes it all worse.
I urge you to go see your doctor and get a checkup. (I've been smoking for over 20 years and I'm quitting. I haven't seen a doctor in 10 years & when I went for a visit recently, I found out that my cholesterol level is way too high.) Change your diet and excercise regularly. Don't ignore your warning sign that you have to make changes in your lifestyle - this is especially if you're in your late 20's or older. If not for your health's sake, then for the sake of your wallet. My cholesterol medication (100 pills of Lipitor) cost me $215.
