N I don't think so. When I was a kid, I called 911 accidentally! I couldn't talk yet! Never put a baby near the phone!

that depends. if you call as a prank, then yes you can get in big trouble. but once i thought i had a man looking in my windows, i have 5 kids so i didnt go outside i called 911, they came and come to find out it was the neighbor kid (i had just moved and didnt know him) looking in my back yard for his cat.
i called for honest reasons and i was not fined.

no coz once at a party this bloke walked out and just ****** passed out in the hedge and some freak rung up the cops but it turned out the guy was fine so i had to call the cops back and say nevermind and they didn't charge us anything
