There are two - one is in the town centre, just along from the Disney store past the eastgate clock.
Better to go to the cafe in the Cathedral crypt, or to that brilliant cafe in the old house opposite the posh toy store (I forget the name of the street) by the church.

if you mean chester illinois, not anymore theres not, they turned the old building into a car dealership
