What the hell difference does it make if she is in a wheelchair? It should make no difference. If it does, then step back.
Does she know? If she knows that it makes a difference to you, she might have self-esteem issues of her own and marry you because she doesn't think she will do any better because of her condition. And that would not be a good reason to get married either.
