Sounds like you need to think this through some more. Why does it bother you that she is in a wheelchair? Proposing marriage can be done anyway you choose

Leave her alone and go sit in the corner. You do not love her.
What the hell difference does it make if she is in a wheelchair? It should make no difference. If it does, then step back.
Does she know? If she knows that it makes a difference to you, she might have self-esteem issues of her own and marry you because she doesn't think she will do any better because of her condition. And that would not be a good reason to get married either.
