You have too many startups and/or too many programs all opened at the same time and sharing system RAM for integrated graphics.
1. Disable unnecessary startups in msconfig.
2. Do not open too many programs at one time.
3. Install a graphics card to improve graphics as well as free up shared system RAM.

It means that your Memory is full, So delete some old programs ETC.
