The only basis to determine the gender of a person is through the genital organs; and since you are the only person who could see your genitals, then you are the only one who could determine whether you are a boy or a girl. But if your “feelings” do not coincide with what is supposedly "normal" male or female characteristics i.e. you have a male genital organ yet you feel like you are a woman, or you have a female organ but feels more masculine, then you belong to the third sex- which is commonly known as “gay”.
