In the morning, if I'm meeting someone or going to class I'll use the wash. If I'm just going to workout, I'll skip it and swish afterwards. As for evenings, if I'm going out I'll use mouthwash to be nice and fresh just in case I meet someone special ;-)
Once or twice... it depends on the events of the day.

have mouthwash in the house for the family. I use it only if I have a cold sore or cut....so rarely, do I use it. I buy it often, so the rest of the family likes to use it alot.

never proper hygiene such as flossing and brushing teeth/ tongue is enough. using such products actually can cause your breath to stink. well, the ones that have alcohol can, because it kills the germs that kill the germs that cause bad breath later on....
