I don't like either of those names but that shouldnt affect whether or not you like them. Shanae would be the one Id prefer out of those two, but lyndall is very old fashioned. These are not names i would call my children. Type in "origin name Lyndall" in google. See you what can find. Good luck

Shanae reminds me of Sha-nay-nay from that old show In Living Color, so it doesnt sound good to me at all. I think Shayna or Shayla would be alot better. Lyndall just sounds like an english surname to me. Not sure about what it means. If you like the name, go for it though.

OH ME I DO THEY ARE NOT VERY COMMON WHICH IS GOOD NOTHING WORSE THAN YOUR CHILD BEING IN THE SAME CLASS WITH 2 - 3 OTHER KIDS WITH THE SAME NAME!

Hmmm... Sound like racially ethnic names to me (not that it's bad), but I would try more basic 'Anglo' names like, 'John', 'Mary', 'Sam' or even 'Rob'.
Lynda has 3 variant forms: Lyndall, Lyndee and Lyndi.
