I am having these multiple gall bladder stones since June 2006.I had been advised surgery which i am not so keen on. Ihave been getting terrible pain just below my ribs and i have shown to 2-3 doctors who all said (key-hole) surgery is the only alternative. The doctor said i could even collapse due to the pain. I have been taking pain-killers when ever the pain occurs. I am in Oman but my friend from India suggested i eat a particular leaf for 25-30 days with a black pepper in it. That friend had a kidney stone and now it has gone. Aso she said that drinking 5-6 litres of water would help flush out the stone along with some vegetables and and milk/ products that have to be avoided. Now i would like to ask
1. are the medications same for both the kidney stone and the gall bladder stone
2. what are the foods to be avoided in case of gall stones
3. what other alternative to surgery -I will be doing the Dr. Hulda Clark's" Liver Cleanse and Gallbladder Flush, any help

Doctors are really stupid about this. It has become easy to remove gall bladders like they used to remove tonsils. DO NOT have surgery and remove the gall bladder. Your troubles will just begin and you will regret doing that the rest of your life.

Here is a proven way to get rid of the gall stones.

Pick a day when you have nothing much to do the next day, and preferably even the day after. Friday is best for most people who have the weekend off. Don't make any plans to go out!

DO NOT EAT ANY SOLID FOOD after noon on the cleanse day. You may drink water or fresh juices, as much as you like.

DO NOT HAVE ANY FLUIDS after 6.30 pm (or 30 minutes before the start of your treatment) on the day of cleanse. Give your stomach time to evacuate all the fluids. Then the olive oil won't float up on top of the fluid and your chances of nausea will be greatly reduced.

YOU WILL NEED:
One pint of cold virgin olive oil. (not extra virgin)
One half-pint of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Peppermint oil (from your health food store)
Pineapple or V8 juice (note: Biotta vegetable juice from Health food store is likely better than V8)
Measuring cup or tablespoon size measuring spoon
Pitcher of water
Paint stirring stick
Jar with screw-on lid
Index cards
Net to drape under the toilet seat, to catch your stones

Place the net under you toilet seat so it will be ready when you need it. Lift the seat and place the net across the porcelain stool, then replace the seat so it will hold the net in place. Place the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick next to the toilet ready for when you need them. Also have handy the screw-on lid for storing your gall stones and the index card.

If you should experience extreme nausea or vomiting, try chasing it with a small amount of V8 juice or pineapple juice. Or you might try adding a few drops of peppermint oil to the olive oil. Use one of these mixtures for a couple of doses and then go back to the olive oil and lemon juice without adding anything.

THE PROCEDURE

12 Noon
Stop eating all solid food

6.30 pm
Stop drinking all fluids

7.00 pm
Using a measuring device, pour ¼ cup (four tablespoonfuls) of olive oil and drink it.

Follow immediately with one or two tablespoonfuls of lemon juice.

Lie down and relax.

Repeat this every 15 minutes. Sit up, swallow it and lie down again. If possible, have someone else bring them to you.

Relax, read or watch television. Keep as still as possible. It is best to lie on your right side.

Repeat the exact dosage every 15 minutes until you have swallowed all of the pint of olive oil. If there is any lemon juice left, drink it all.

It is now probably 10.00 or 10.30 pm

Remember, if you have terrible nausea or vomiting sensations, use the peppermint oil in the olive oil, or chase the olive oil with a small amount of V8 or pineapple juice, until you can resume taking the plain olive oil and lemon juice.

While you are taking the olive oil and lemon juice, if it gets hard to swallow, take a little more time between doses. Try 20 minutes between doses, or 25 minutes. Try to swallow all of the oil and lemon juice. If you are too nauseated to get it all down, take as much as you possibly can.

You have finished the olive oil and lemon juice. Now go to bed and do your best to go to sleep. Lie on your right side. This position speeds up the process of the olive oil entering the gall bladder to act as a lubricant. This, along with the softening action of the lemon juice, will help to free the stones more easily and readily from the gall bladder. Stay in bed and forget everything until the urge to go the toilet comes.

That was really quite simple, wasn't it?

About 2.00 or 3.00 am you'll probably wake up with the unmistakeable urge to go to the toilet. It may not happen. For some, it doesn't happen until 11am the next day. If your first bowel movement is at 2:00 or 3:00 am you will probably have no stones in it, but you'll want to check to be sure.

When you have the first bowel movement after the cleanse, you'll use the pitcher of water and the paint stirring stick to wash the fecal material through the net. Pour water gently and use the stick to separate the stones from the fecal material. The fecal material will be runny and wash through the net.

You can use the index card, folded in half, as a makeshift shovel. Place the stones in the jar and screw the lid on. You may want to show your stones to some people. Many will be amazed, but some will still be unbelievers. You certainly want to keep your stones for a while to remind yourself that it was all worth while. After a few days they will dissolve (because of the lemon juice and oil). If you want to keep them for an indefinite period, store them in your freezer with a label - GALL STONES. DON'T' EAT!!!!

You may notice green objects and maybe greenish liquid excrement in the toilet bowel. Those are small gall stones. Some gall stones may be dissolved by the treatment.

Using this technique the statistic show that 1% of people failed to pass gall stones. If you are one of these 1%, don't be disappointed. In some individuals, the powerful action of the lemon juice causes the stones to dissolve before they are passed out of the body. If you have only greenish liquid bowel movements, the cleanse has been effective.

Notice any increase in vitality that usually follows the cleanse.

Remember, optimum efficiency in the human body can only occur if all our God-given parts are working properly.

Kidney stones are typically from consuming the wrong type of calcium. Calcium Carbonate is a popular form of calcium that is put in many pills. Avoid this like the plague, it will cause kidney stones. Only take dietary calcium supplements.

good luck to you

So many opinions its very hard for you to decide. But make sure you take the right decision. I bought Dr Hulda Clark's book 4 years ago, and i started with the cleansing right away. Since than I did it 5 times. I had stones at the beginning, but after that just fat from my liver. I am doing the cleansing, because i know the importance of detox. I have a lot of health benefits, no more migraines, tinnitus, stomach acidity etc.
I found a site that gives you a better recipe, with apple cider instead of water.http://home.bluegrass.net/~jclark/liver_cleanse.htm
Try this procedure with confidence, think about this, you need a liver cleansing as well. if you go for the surgery, your liver will
do an extra job, and the doctor will give you more and more pills for your liver. after the cleansing i allways take acidophilus for one month, to have good balance in the intestines. Good luck.

Oh for goodness sake onlymatch4u. Will you give us all a break????

What are you trying to do to the girl? Kill her with dehydration, nausea and vomiting?????

Will you please just stop all of your uneducated rubbish?
You have no idea even the basics of human anatomy and physiology. Disease and it's processes.
And you keep on contradicting yourself in EVERY answer.
Stop bagging the Medical profession and go and do a 1st Aide course to at least avail you to some knowledge about the human body.

Are you a Scientlogist? Because you certainly force your OWN beliefs down everyone elses throats even if they don't want to hear it.

You are advising giving this girl oil. She will be is so much pain, like giving birth through her stomach, that she will hate you forever. Not to mention the vomiting it will all cause!!!!

What ever you do DON'T DO THIS CLEANSE! There is a very real posibility that you WILL END UP IN HOSPITAL as a result.

You can't pass gall stones anywhere out of your body apart from out of your bile duct, where they will lodge. Causing an emergency operation. You certainly can not pass then into the bowel. I have no idea how he even thought they would get in there!

I am ALL FOR alternative medicine and avoiding any medical procedure without having a really good go at trying to fix it in other ways. But don't put yourself and health in danger doing it as onlymatch4u tells you to do.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

Reversing Your Kidney Disease?

If you have been advised surgery then go for it. there is no connections between kidney n gall bladder stone, but due to a lot of pain killers you r sure to get kidney stones. Your doctor may not say this cause he has to relieve your pain n there is no other option but a Neurologist may say its true. Your pain by the day will become worst n if due to the stone your bile duct gets obstructed you will get obstructive jaundice which will be difficult to treat n you will have to go in for surgery in emergency. So planned is better, go in for it.

I have gallstones, too. You should avoid a fatty diet. Also, if you are interested, I have a liver flush that will flush out the stones. I have used this myself. The doctors will try to talk you into the surgery to remove your gallbladder but you don't need to. The liver flush is not very fun but is very effective. If you want the recipe just e-mail me and I will e-mail it back.
I just googled the liver flush that you will be doing and it is almost the same as the one I have. So I suggest that you do it. A good parasite killer is Zymex II. You would have to take them starting a week before doing the flush. Good luck!

Kidney stone and gallbladder stone are two completely different things, drink more water won't flush out the stones in your gb, if you don't get surgery, someday, one of the stones can block one of your bile duct, you will be in deep trouble, don't wait too long!
