I'm sure that I'll repeat some:

Premonition (2004) the Japanese film WOW! It made me jump several times. I'd love to see it again to find out if it would affect me as much.

Somewhere in Time~Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour in a bittersweet romance with gorgeous music; ultra-romantic and tragic

Time After Time~While it doesn't match the novel, I love this one and have viewed it innumerable times. H.G. Welles and Jack the Ripper: What a combination! The first time you see this, there's an "Oh no!" moment that's a heartbreaker. Mary Steenburgen and Malcolm McDowell got married right after this, if I recall correctly. Of course, now she's Mrs. Ted Danson.

The Time Machine~The George Pal production has its flaws, but it's certainly worth watching. This is long before CGI, so its effects will seem primitive at times.

Back to the Future Trilogy~Try watching them back to back. They're delightful!

The Butterfly Effect: The Director's Edition~I'd recommend finding this version, but it certainly doesn't hurt to view both.

Terminator and T2~The first two are excellent, but I can't really praise the third one. Still, the full trilogy should be given a chance.

Time Bandits~It's a great romp through time with a wonderful cast and some amazing special effects.

I think that the quite gory "Final Destination" trilogy is incredibly creepy with each opening foretelling a disaster. A premonition sets off the action in each of them, and they rely on clues to stave off death. I honestly can't look during some parts of 2 and will admit that I haven't made it through 3. I guess that means that they can produce some anxiety, especially in worrywarts. (And I'm one of those!)

Films tend to miinterpret deja vu. A premonition and deja vu aren't the same. A couple of movies using "Deja Vu" as their title are actually about reincarnation.

I do wonder what you mean by "etc." How about films about reincarnation? Then, I'd suggest:
"The Reincarnation of Joel Delaney"
"Audrey Rose"
"The Mummy" (Boris Karloff version)
"The Mummy" and "The Mummy Returns"
"On a Clear Day You Can See Forever" (a musical!)

I think the movie Frequency was a fantastic movie you should check it out.
A rare atmospheric phenomenon allows a New York City firefighter to communicate with his son 30 years in the future via short-wave radio. The son uses this opportunity to warn the father of his impending death in a warehouse fire, and manages to save his life. However, what he does not realize is that changing history has triggered a new set of tragic events, including the murder of his mother. The two men must now work together, 30 years apart, to find the murderer before he strikes so that they can change history--again

If you think you can handle it, Primer is really really good. It's a real mind warp thought. You have to watch it at least twice to understand. They really don't baby you about the plot, they just move along without worring about if you understand or not. Great flick.
