Go to Six Flags, for free, with no lines at ALL, with only my family and my family alone. Not even their boyfriends/girlfriends, because with them there it's boring.

Go tell everyone close to me that I love them and say a couple of jokes.
I´d probably try to make peace witht he person I love who I am estranged from ..... and make would and frantic love with him for hours on end ... or until we could take no more.
Then go get my kids and play with them until the last minute of the 24th hour.
That pretty much summs up my idea of a perfect and last day of my life.
Oh and I forgot, probably go and get George Clooney and live my wildest fantasy - that would be short and sweet though!
