I did food hygiene recently and we were talking about it.
I complained once when I had ants in a throat sweet. They claimed it wasn't there fault (despite the sealed wrapper!), but sent me a £10 high street voucher anyway!

I bought a walnut whip and when i opened it there was no walnut on it, so i sent an email to Nestle just for a laugh asking where my walnut was and they sent me a cheque for £3.00 LOL.

I have never complained about a product. If I didn't like the look of something I just threw it away.
But I think It's good to complain, It keeps the manufactures on their toes.

I once found maggots in gammon steaks returned them to the company got a apology and a few free products couldn't eat gammon for years afterwards.

I complained to a skin care company as it made my face dry out and the stupid woman wanted me to carry on using it until I had proof from my doctor.I made her see how stupid that idea was and got a refund.
