laying in bed all day will only make it worse, try taking a walk of 30 to 6o minutes, add bananas, dark leafy greens and celery to your diet while on period and just before, disabling pain could be an indication something is wrong, schedule appointment with gyno and get a checkup!

RUN AROUND LIKE CRAZY!
i get back pains when i get mine and right now, i don't have PE, so during school it hurts a lot. But a lot of excersize (i can never spell that so i hope i spelled that right) can rly help. but if that doesn't help, try some simple aspirin or midol.

You can try a heating pad or hot water bottle (I have one of each of these) but I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on because this pain needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.

Exercising can help. Also one of those heat pads you can put on your abdomen, you can probably find one at the local drug store, they also make some for back pain too. You can also get an electric heat pad you plug in and can put it on abdomen.
