My most memorable accident was when I totalled a brand new police car in heavy rain. The roads were flooded and you couldn't tell until you hit the water. My car hydroplaned and it was headed for oncoming traffic lane.
I was thinking "this can't be good!" and put the brakes to the floor since I knew it had anti-lock brakes and thought if it got traction it would stop possibly. I came to a stop alright, in the ditch which was flooded. I was crossways to the road I was on, with my backend towards the highway and my front end towards the frontage road.
I thought maybe I'd be OK since I didn't hit any big objects. Then I heard the water rushing in and it flooded the inside of my car. I just knew I was hosed because the car had less than 2,000 miles on it.
My Lieutenant who was a "firm but fair" guy came out and said "you couldn't see that water until you were in it." I agreed, and asked him what my punishment would be, he covered me on the accident and said it was unavoidable.

Yes, one. A great big 7 car, downtown, rush hour, smash up that was on the evening news (helicopters and all) and all over the papers. No one was seriously hurt. It was caused by one person running a light and causing a chain reaction of cars hitting each other. All I got were some cuts on my leg and I have no idea how that exactly happened.

Several, none of which were my fault excepting 1 and that was just bumping a car in a parking lot. I was injured in 3 of them and walked away from the rest. Think someone is trying to get my attention?

yes ,i have been in a car accident .
my car just rolled over to save a man crossing the road and just landed in the bus stand at road side with up down condition .
i got my right hand fractured

yes 10 yrs ago,i was tboned twice ,i was driving a chevy s10,it cut my truck inhalf and slung the bed 151 feet,the cops thought it was a three car accident .i had 9 stiches in my right eye lid and cracked 3 ribs,my mom had to get tweezers to pull the glass out of the back of my head because the hospital left it in there. my angel was with me that day and im glad im here to see my grandbaby.

Yes, senior year in high school I was in a minor fender bender and now I get stiffness in the back of my neck and shoulders when I drive for more than 30 min at a time

4, none of them my fault.
One was very serious, we rolled a car 5 times, I was in the back seat and there wasn't much of a car left. 4 passengers and we all escaped with minor injuries which was a miracle.

Lots of them..worst one was when I was young and a 18 wheeler ran into our car from the rear.. I was in the back seat was kind of scary looking at that huge truck coming to hit us...

Yeah. I was in a van that turned over. It was the middle of winter and the road was really icy. My mom lost control and the van flipped. No other vehicles were involved, and everyone was fine. The van was totaled though.

Yes, many times, I used to be a very distracted driver, I wrecked 4 cars, yikes!
