Simply using the word Evolution doesn't mean that people are understanding Evolution.
If the seed doesn't contain the Knowledge of the whole Tree it will never evolve.
So seed is the finer manifestation of the grosser Tree.
Evolution is preceeded and followed by involution.
Even the Monkeys have all the qualities to behave like humans Provided the hardware configuration of intellect.
The Human Body has better opportunity to express that Knowledge in the infinite storehouse.
It doesn't mean we know everything.
Still the Evolution is going on.
If we observe our own lifes it will explain all things.
As a child we were almost like primitive.
Trying to eat mud and play with disgusting things.
As parents and society is there to teach us and we have the capability to understand we get sophisticated and raise from a mere animal to a developed Human.
It will be sorry for the humanity if they look down towards animals and kill them mercilessly.
Because we also passed the same stage and came here.
And there is an infinte scope for Evolution still.
Imagine after 5000 years what will be the human thought.
May be after 1 million years the total Human race might be wiped out of the face of earth and a new species might be ruling the world and thinking just as the way we are thinking or even better.
May be discussing that we evolved from Humans.
And some say impossible and some say no we share common ancestory of Homo sapiens.
And if at all any Human traces left they will try to teach them and say why don't they understand.
God Bless you.

If this is a creation vs. evolution debate, I'm not going to bother. No one is ever willing to change their mind, so it's just pointless.
However, if you are genuinely interested, then I'd be willing to help.
First, there are several factual errors in your question. Humans did not evolve from Monkeys. Monkeys are not the closest relative of humans. Apes are. And humans didn't evolve from Apes either. Apes and Humans evolved from the same ancestor.
Here are some more details:
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/evolution/library/faq/cat02.html
"it has been proven that Man can control an animals behavior"
I'm assuming you mean training an animal to do tricks. That's not the same as controlling their behavior. That's just a simple reward-punishment thing. The animal gets rewarded for doing a trick so they keep doing it.
However, about your next part, animals have been known to use tools and weapons. Chimps and Orangutans often use rocks to break open nuts. There are even chimps that use spears to hunt.

http://www.iastate.edu/~nscentral/news/2007/feb/chimpstools.shtml
The second part of you question is hypothetical and doesn't really warrant an answer since I just linked to proof that they don't ignore the benefits.

The problem with this logic is that modern man evolved from the same roots as the current primates....the current primates are not as evolved as modern man, we only have the same roots. Our line jumped ahead of the other species with the development of the cerebral cortex some 100,000 years ago. That logical and rational thinking part of our brains....
The other fallacy of your argument is the length of time to evolve 'higher level traits'. It doesn't take one or two generations, not even a hundred.. Talk about tens of thousands of years, then we'll be able to see slight changes....

On part 2.
Natural selection goes as far back as millions of years ago, when life form first started to appear on Earth.
In other words, human is the product of a careful selection of only the best through a long period of time.
Therefore other animals are considered inferior in intellect.
So the monkeys in your experiment are already considered inferior species which did make it through evolution but not superior enough to advance further. Thus even if they could not make use of tools, it does not mean Evolution did not happen.
Hope this vague explanation clears some of your doubts.

we didn't evolve from monkeys but rather humans and monkeys evolved from a common primate ancestor. also they don't have the brain power we do so i don't know how effectively they would use the tools but if it benefited them or made life easier i think they probably would. they have already taught Apes to use sign language and they even teach it to each other Apes. I guess that would be an example.

Earlier this year there was a groundbreaking find that provided great insight into adaptation. A group of primates -chimps- suddenly began taking sticks, sharpening them on their teeth and thrusting them into holes in search of Bushbabies to eat. This was not learned from humans or other groups of primates that had been taught by humans. This was learning that occurred within this population.

Many primates use tools, an example is that gorillas use long spears of grass to pull ants out of ant hills to eat them. They also are know for throwing things at enemies. In the first stages of developement of humanoids, they used similar methods to get food and protect themselves, however, not enough brain developement happened in order to continue into making tools and weapons.

They have to be taught using 'rewards'.
Dogs are taught to do several jobs such as detecting drugs, bombs etc.
Otherwise most mammals are curious and may ignore them.
Evolution is a 'gene' game. Some-times genes mutate for whatever reason and give certain characteristics which help them to survive better.
This quality may be carried to the future off-springs.
Evolution is not an instantaneous thing.

We didnt come from monkeys, thats it, acording to the evolution theory its survival of the fittest, dosent that mean that there should e no more monkeys? it does, primates are there own kind, and so are we

I'll agree with "tools," but can you honestly say that weapons, particularly generic unspecified ones, have improved anyone's lives?
