It depends on the tattoos, the person and where they are.
For example, on LA INK Kat Von D has tattoos on her face, I personally like this on her, but most face tattoos I think are a mistake. I think that Anthony Keidis' tattoos are HOT HOT HOT. My own tattoos are SMALL and no one has ever ever ever told me they were nasty or anything close there too. Actually, most people have known me for MONTHS before realising I have a tattoo above my wrist.
On the other hand, on MIAMI INK Ami has a tattoo on the back of his neck which I think looks stupid and definatley takes away from him. Knuckle tattoos always look stupid to me.
Mostly, I'd say that few people gain sex appeal for being tattooed, though they do gain my interest in general. There are people who can look much worse for it....
If someone is getting inked for sex appeal, I think their motives are all wrong!

I like tattoos, especially if they are personally designed by the wearer. I don't think a lot of tattoos look good on women, but I do like looking at tattoos on men.
I have three tattoos, and all of them are on my ankles. They are all small - the biggest one can be covered by a silver dollar. I would like to get one more, but I can't decide where I want it.
I think some people look really nice with tatts, and others... tatts just don't fit in with the rest of their look.

In my opinion, if the tattoo is neat and really nice then its all okay.
However, if its just a bad job or a dodgy 'mark' then no. And people that are covered in them, no. I don't find that attractive. A little something is okay.
Less is more.

I think that they look attractive.
But it really depends on the whole look.
And the tattoo.
But overall I think they are sexy, along with piercings.

Most accessories for the body looks good in moderation.
Men sometimes overdo it, but tiny little deco on ladies makes it look attractive though.

i don't think so, besides you can get an infection or virus,they kept telling it safe but how far is safe is safe enough that you won't go to a doctor if its start to swell,and how do you know the instrument they use is sterrilize and not a use one?.

size
& place where they are tattoed
i think it ok for a small one
not for the whole body
it look like they been wrapped by e newspaper
