Even if there's no milk visible at the breast when sqeezed, keep letting the baby suck the breast, the sucking will stimulate milk production. Most women's milk doesn't come in fully until day 3-5, but the early milk (colostrum) is exactly what baby needs. Just make sure baby has about 8 wet diapers every 24 hours and you know she's getting enough. Breastfed babies eat about every 2 hours for at least the first few weeks. It sounds like money may be an issue and breastmilk is FREE. Also, if it hurts to hold the baby she could lie on her side to breastfeed (with baby lying on her side facing her) or she could place the baby on a pillow in her lap..... The amount of milk you can express manually from the breast is not a good indicator of how much the baby is actually getting.

If she nurses her baby the milk will come - your mum produces colostrum at the moment and this doesn't flow as easily as milk but the baby can get it with a good latch, so she should just nurse and nurse and baby will be fed, don't worry.
Hand expressing and squeezing is not an accurate representation of what your mum is producing, don't worry - there will be more there than you can both see.
Holding the baby to feed might be easier if she puts herround her side, under her arm so she doesn't lay across her tummy - you just need lots of cushions for baby to lay on, although with such a new one,s he's probably light enough to hold, but use cushions for support.
Good luck.

It is normal for the first few days for there to be no milk and just colustum, which is a yellowish-white liquid that comes before your milk comes in.
If your mom will be breastfeeding, she needs to do it. If she wont be breastfeeding then she needs to get formula for the baby at the store. If she needs help getting formula also, she can call the dept of human services office in her area and ask about getting help with formula.
Feed the baby if the baby is hungry. If you arent able to afford formula and theres no organization that helps with getting formula. Go to every church in your town until you find one that will help with formula. The baby under no circumstances should be going all dy tomorrow without formula or breastmilk. If you are a child yourself, you need to get help with this. Your mom should not be leaving this up to you to take care of your baby sister.

At two days old there should only be colostrum in your mothers breasts. There is not a lot of it but it is enough to feed baby.
Your mother just needs to keep feeding her and feeding her, even if its every 30 minutes.
Other than that, go to a store or a 24 hrs pharmacy and get ready to drink formula, NOT stuff that needs to be mixed.
*I think you mean 50 ml, not 50 oz.*
If this is day two, your mother's milk could be in tomorrow.
Tell your mother to lay in bed with baby naked (diapered, but naked) on her bare chest and bring her a tall glass of water.
Skin to skin contact and being well hydrated BOTH stimulate the breasts to up production.
It might take a couple of hours, but your mother's breasts will respond, don't worry.
Also, there are other reasons babies cry....

Does your mom have a breast pump? Sometimes you can rent a breast pump at the nearest pharmacy, or the hospital. Your mom needs to relax and keep trying or else her breasts will engorge and it will be extremely painful for her to breastfeed her daughter. The letdown won't go down if she is engorged. She needs to keep trying and not get too frustrated with your baby sister.
Can you ask a neighbour if they have any formula until tomorrow?
Go to the food bank or local church for help. YOUR sister needs to get fed, or she will die. Water should be the last resort, because there are no nutrients. Get your sister to the hospital if she seems lethargic...

The baby needs formula or breast milk. No other substitute will do in fact would be harmful. Also, a woman's breasts make milk by demand so your Mom needs to nurse in order to make milk.
