I make it a point not to mention the names of anyone I don't like. There are a great many, however, who use their celebrity status to be manipulative. I disapprove of that on principle.
I suppose the most annoying are those that use their popularity to promote ideas I seriously disapprove of. I won't cite specific examples, but there are plenty.
I also get annoyed that celebrities can "get away with" things the rest of us do not, such as punching people that annoy them or ripping up hotel rooms in a drunken rage.

Paris Hilton comes to mind immediately, because she gets so much press.
But for sheer annoying personality, you can't beat Simon from American Idol. They wouldn't even let him near the set if he wasn't the Producer.

Obviously Paris Hilton. I can't stand Beyonce either. Penelope Cruz gets on my nerves for some reason and so does Jennifer Lopez.
